Fall harvest is the time of year to collect the bounty produced from the time, care, and effort you put into your garden, crops, and livestock. This bounty is the result of a vision to produce a product for market from the smallest seed of an idea. While the garden, crops, and cattle have been growing throughout the spring and summer, so has the idea for my latest real estate business venture. The Smith & Griffith Real Estate Team is now ready to launch. We are “Opening Gates to the Country and Doors to the City” for all real estate buyers and sellers.
The Smith & Griffith Real Estate Team is the result of nearly a year’s worth of research, planning, education, time and financial investment – all designed to improve and add services to our Rees Smith Real Estate Group brand. I’m very excited and proud to announce that I’ve partnered with the most talented sales and marketing professional I’ve ever met, Kari Griffith.
Of course, I’m fortunate to call Kari my partner in every sense of the word, having brought our families together in our acreage home northwest of Calgary. She has achieved her Realtor® license and has now joined me in developing the most dynamic real estate team to enter the residential, acreage, farm and ranch market on both the Calgary (CREB) and Red Deer (CARA) Real Estate Boards. Kari brings marketing and sales skills from her 22 year career at Corus Radio and Global TV that puts our team in a league of it own when it comes to exposing our clients’ properties to the buyer market. Every real estate professional should be so lucky!
Kari and I are also fortunate to have Charlene Dittmer as a full time business manager and unlicensed real estate assistant. Charlene brings amazing energy and organizational skills to our team with a “get it done” attitude toward all tasks. Our clients can expect to correspond with Charlene in regards to many aspects of the real estate buying/selling process. We are confident that our clients will appreciate Charlene’s charisma and commitment to customer service.
