Rees Smith is a seasoned rural property specialist with extensive expertise in farms, ranches, acreages, residential, recreational, and land development real estate. With over two decades of experience, Rees’ knowledge of land and rural property consistently exceeds that of many MLS® Realtors®, giving his clients a competitive advantage in negotiations and property transactions.
Raised on Poplar Haven Farms near Wimborne, Alberta, Rees developed a lifelong connection to the land. After earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary, he operated Maine Haven Ranching near Wimborne and Pine Lake. This hands-on agricultural experience provides Rees with a unique understanding of land management, operational oversight, and long-term property value, enhancing his expertise in rural and agricultural real estate.
